For the 9th year, the stars aligned, literally and figuratively, on Hollywood Boulevard at the TCL Chinese Theatre for the 2018 TCM CLASSIC FILM FESTIVAL. With a festival theme of “Powerful Words: The Page Onscreen”, celebrating the written word on the silver screen, TCMFF kicked off on April 26, 2018 at the TCL Chinese Theatre with a remastered and uncut presentation of Mel Brooks’ THE PRODUCERS, along with presentation of the Inaugural Robert Osborne Award to Martin Scorsese. But before the curtain rose and the festivities began, film critic debbie elias hit the red carpet for some carpet chat with luminary legends.
