As the clock ticks down to the final battle for the boy with the scar on his forehead who once lived under the cupboard, we are all filled with special memories of the magic and wonder of the HARRY POTTER movies. I\u2019ve had a chance to talk with some of our favorite players in the storied and stellar franchise to get their final thoughts on the wizarding world of Harry Potter.<\/p>\n

First up, the man who brought the magic to life – Chris Columbus. As you may recall, not only did he produce the first three Harry Potter films, HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER\u2019S STONE, HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS, and HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN, but he directed Sorcerer\u2019s Stone and Chamber of Secrets.<\/p>\n

Chris, Any final thoughts on HARRY POTTER? You started it. You brought the magic to life for us…<\/p>\n

\"harry-potter-01\"<\/p>\n

I\u2019m going to the premiere on Monday. I couldn\u2019t do London because of this [press junket for THE HELP]. So, I\u2019ve waited to see the film until Monday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to be very emotional. It\u2019s been very surrealistic these last few pictures when you see a movie where you\u2019ve cast the entire movie; you\u2019ve basically designed the whole world; and then, because of exhaustion, I left. Then, seeing the movie and basically creating a sandbox that wverybody gets to play in. It\u2019s a wonderfully satisfying thing. At the same time, I finally get enough energy to go back maybe and do another HARRY POTTER, and it\u2019s over! The only thing I can hope is that Jo [J.K. Rowling] will write something else. Maybe Harry\u2019s son at Hogwarts. Who knows! [laughing]<\/strong><\/p>\n

But those kids…I think I\u2019m mostly proud of those kids because they have become terrific actors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a great feeling. All around it\u2019s a great feeling.<\/strong><\/p>\n
