With Bulgaria opened for business as of May 13th and travel restrictions lifting on June 14th, Nu Boyana studio is opening for film and commercial production, following extensive cleaning protocols and preparation for upcoming shoots.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the pandemic we took some time to focus on development and to analyze the market moving forward.\u00a0 We have emerged with a new strategy that aims to help producers get back to work and fulfill the lack of content we see hitting us a few months down the line,\u201d said Yariv Lerner, Nu Boyona chairman.<\/p>\n

On May 13th the studio opened with the maintenance crew cleaning, repairing, sanitizing, and installing the new requirements such as hand sanitizing stations, social distancing protocols, and overall repair in order to be ready for this new phase of production.<\/p>\n

All of Europe is currently in a restrictive state while things gradually open up.\u00a0 Each country in Europe is determining its level of quarantine but, in the entertainment industry, Nu Boyana is working with the Minister of Health to allow for a testing procedure that works well for both production and for the safety of everyone involved.\u00a0 The current proposal is to test within three days of travel to the location, test upon arrival, and test again two days later to ensure that you are negative for the virus.\u00a0 After completing this process and testing negative, you will be permitted to go back to work.\u00a0 These new protocols are currently being reviewed by the various governmental departments and will be published on\u00a0www.nuboyana.com<\/a> when ratified. There will be two separate sets of protocols, one for commercials and the second for movies with each having different requirements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
