“I was googling, ‘What are the most deadly animals on Earth?’” Nunn recalled with a laugh. “Hippos came up as one of the deadliest. It’s wild — they kill upwards of 500 people a year, more than sharks, lions, elephants combined.”

As much as I always love the TCM Classic Film Festival Opening Night Red Carpet, the presentations in Club TCM in the Blossom Room (the site of the first Academy Awards) at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel are always a favorite of mine, and this year was no exception.
